Shipping policy

The Art of the Wait.

At jae’d, we do not believe in mass production. To ensure every silhouette is Refined and Intentional, we operate on a made-to-order basis. This process reduces waste and ensures that your garment is crafted specifically for you.

1. Delivery Timeline

Each jae’d piece is handcrafted in our studio. Please allow 7–12 business days for our artisans to cut, stitch, and finish your order before it is dispatched.

Once your order is ready, delivery typically takes:

  • Domestic (India): 3–5 business days.

  • International: 7–14 business days depending on the destination.

Note: During peak seasons or collection launches, timelines may extend slightly. We will notify you immediately if your piece requires more time.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Within India: We offer complimentary shipping on all orders above ₹3,500/-. For orders below this, a flat fee of ₹150/- applies.

  • International: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the ensemble.

3. Tracking Your Acquisition

Once your piece leaves our studio, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your package’s journey from our hands to yours.

4. Duties & Taxes

  • Domestic: All prices are inclusive of GST.

  • International: Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once they reach your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. jae’d has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

5. Non-Delivery & Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is precise. jae’d is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us, a re-shipping fee will apply.
